My Hoodia Diet Triumph!
The Real Story
From Someone Who Lived It.
Ever since I
can remember, I've been the "fat kid."
My family was always
on the heavy side. About the only exercise
I ever saw my parents do was lift a fork
to their mouths. In elementary school, I
was always the last one picked, even though
I loved sports and thought I was pretty
coordinated for my age.
My mom thought cooking
huge meals and desserts every night was
how she showed her love. After all, that's
what her mother did.
When I was at school
with my friends, I was extremely self-conscious.
I promised myself I'd lose weight, but sitting
around the dinner table - my mom's cooking
tasted so good, I couldn't help myself.
Mashed potatoes with plenty of butter, meatloaf,
and all sorts of pasta and bread were always
on the table.
I always had at least
two helpings. Most nights it was three.
I was miserable
on the inside and used food -- the very
thing that was causing my pain -- to soothe
the hurt.
In junior high, things
started to change for me. I was tired of
never having girls look at me as anything
besides a friend.
Something "clicked"
inside me, I became determined to change.
I started hitting
the weights and running for miles and miles.
It was a STRUGGLE every day, but by my freshman
year of high school, I had dropped 20 pounds
and was playing freshman football.
I managed to do pretty
well all throughout high school. But once
I got out, things went downhill again.
They say it's
common to gain about a pound each year after
high school. Well, I was "above average."
My old habits came
back with a vengeance. And I didn't have
the time or the metabolism to be able to
drop the pounds like I did when I was younger.
Even when I exercised
faithfully, I just couldn't seem to stay
away from the snacks and leftovers.
My two worst times
were coming home from work and right before
bedtime. I was miserable. While I ate, I
felt guilty and worthless. I'd promise myself
tomorrow I'd start over, but I always found
myself eating more than I should.
Shortly before
my 20th reunion, I realized I'd put on 57
pounds of ugly flab!
I honestly didn't
think things could get worse.
I was wrong.
In April of last year,
I experienced a series of heart-freezing
palpitations. I launched a final personal
quest for a safe and effective way to lose
weight. Ever since undergoing multiple surgeries
years earlier, my weight had been ballooning
out of control.
Exercise proved difficult,
and my insatiable appetite thwarted numerous
diets.
I was defeated
and desperate for help.
So
when I heard the news reports from the BBC,
and then later on 60 Minutes - about a plant
that native South African Bushmen have been
chewing on for thousands of years to stave
off hunger and thirst during long hunting
trips in their parched Kalahari desert home
- I immediately ordered a bottle.
It didn't work.
I went online and
shopped around a bit. I found a Website
that was endorsed by a famous celebrity
(I'm sure you know which one I'm talking
about).
I ordered several
of "her" products, thinking, "Surely
these are legit, after all - what celebrity
would allow their name to be attached to
a scam."
Then I read about
the federal government suing the celebrity,
the Website and the manufacturers for false
claims. And you know what? The stuff didn't
work anyway.
I decided that all
the hype about Hoodia was just that - hype.
I figured I would just have to live with
the gnawing hunger if I was going to lose
weight. Either that or stay fat.
The reports I read
and the studies I saw all said Hoodia was
a legitimate aid to help my weight problem.
But no matter where I looked, all I found
were scams and overpriced garbage.
About 3 months after
the palpitation scare, I found another product
on the internet that partially worked, causing
mild appetite suppression, but only when
I took four times the stated maximum
dose.
It proved very expensive
for such a mild effect. No matter where
I looked, I
couldn't find an effective Hoodia gordonii
product at a cost I could afford.
Was Hoodia for
real, or was it all just a hoax from people
greedy to make a little money off my misery?
I decided it wasn't
worth it. I gave up. And I was OK with my
decision. After all, my wife still loved
me, even if I was "a whole lot more
man" than the one she married.
Not long after my
decision, something happened. I was at a
ball game and ran into Derrick, an old friend
and teammate. I hadn't seen him since our
last reunion almost 10 years ago.
He'd dropped at least
50 pounds. I mean this guy was fatter than
me last time I saw him, and now he looked
FIT. I actually walked past him at the ball
game, and only turned around when he called
my name.
I was envious and
more than a little interested about how
he'd made such a drastic change. Of course,
I hadn't seen him in 10 years, so anything
was possible.
Derrick told me that
less than a year earlier, he was in worse
shape than me. He told me he'd found a brand
new supplement that made it so easy to stick
to his diet plan that it was almost like
"cheating".
I asked him what happened.
He told me he'd been using Hoodia. Can you
imagine my reaction? I felt like I'd been
deceived. And you know what? I had been
deceived.
Because Real
Hoodia - made from the peeled stems of the
Hoodia gordonii succulent grown in South
Africa - will stop your hunger and cravings.
What does that mean?
Even though the label
says "400mg", you may be getting
anywhere from 360mg down to only 40mg of
Hoodia - and no laws are being broken!
Here's a quick thing
you can check for: Check
all labels for "Other Ingredients"
if it says "NONE" then you're
assured of getting ONLY
100% PURE
Hoodia gordonii.
It's the only way to be sure.
That's just one of
the many surprising things I learned when
I ventured into the maze of claims and counterclaims
in the diet-pill industry.
When I finally found
a real product containing 100% Pure Hoodia
gordonii with no added fillers or flow agents.
I was still skeptical. I'd been burned before,
but I also had my friend as evidence. So
I took the chance.
I'm now 45 pounds
lighter. Still have 10 or 15 pounds to go,
and I know the last 5 pounds are always
the hardest, but now I'm convinced, I couldn't
have done it without Hoodia.
I know you're wondering
which Hoodia diet pills I use. I want to tell you there
are suppliers out there selling genuine
South African Hoodia gordonii. I checked
out my friend Derrick's brand and found
it to be satisfactory.
But as I dug around
a bit, I found that there was far more bad
Hoodia than good.
That's the discouraging
truth.
When the respected,
independent investigators from NewsTarget.com
finished conducting their exhaustive review,
here's what they had to say:
|
"...three
companies consistently pass all the
laboratory tests, batch after batch."

But the story doesn't
end there. NewsTarget made the following
request:
|
If
your company sells Hoodia and you
think you should be listed here, contact
Alkemists Pharmaceuticals "The
Plant Authentication Experts,"
and start having your batches tested.
I'll get word of your results and
update this list as I learn more.
I am no longer listing companies that
fail the tests due to obvious legal
ramifications. |
That
was June of last year. As
I write this, that page still only has 3
companies - the same three companies - listed.
The brand my friend
chose was one of those companies. I originally
started using his, and it worked ok. But
I found that it contained flow agents. How
much, I couldn't be sure. But it stands
to reason that I was getting something less
than the full amount of
Hoodia they promised.
So I switched to a
Pure Hoodia product that clearly states
it contains "no other ingredients."
I also found out that this company has a
unique way of proving its purity to consumers.
NewsTarget.com reported
that this particular Hoodia provider has
an agreement with Alkemists to test in
a way that was different from any other
manufacturer.
| Here's how
NewsTarget.com described it. This
company told them they... "
Allowed Alkemists to buy our products
directly off the shelf -- the way
a customer would, without our knowledge,
at various intervals, and publish
their findings directly on their own
web site," ... "And then
what we do is we provide a link from
our web site to their findings; the
page where they update findings whenever
they do a new test, and so it's there
for everyone to see." |

In other words, this
company not only uses a more expensive process
to eliminate the need for fillers and flow
agents that displace what you're
really paying for...
They go several
steps beyond what any other Hoodia seller
has so far been willing to do.
By allowing inviting
the independent lab to randomly purchase
their products without warning - they do
everything in their power to ensure they
fully deliver on their promise to provide
you with only 100% pure South African Hoodia
gordonii.
I bought my
Hoodia
for the same price my friend paid for the
stuff that had the fillers and flow agents.
So was this months-long
investigation worth it?
You can decide that
for yourself. I have my answer. (And here
are the pictures
to prove it!)
I determined not to
let all my time and effort go to waste.
I decided to post
my discovery for anyone wondering if Hoodia
might hold the key to their weight loss
success - but who may be discouraged trying
to cut through all the fog and hype.
I'm living proof that
Hoodia helps you lose weight without the
constant, gnawing hunger I came to expect
from my previous failed attempts to diet.
I'm sure Hoodia
can work for you, if you use the right product
in the right way.
If you'd like to see
what brand I use, you can find it here.
At present it's not
available in stores. The manufacturers tell
me there's a couple reasons for that.
First too many stores
- including some of the more well known
health and nutrition stores - still have
untested brands on the shelf and they want
to avoid any chance of "guilt by association."
The other reason is
economics. It's more cost-effective to sell
over the Internet. They told me they'd rather
put that money into better equipment and
testing. Makes sense, doesn't it?
But they're also sharp
business people. They know it's easy for
scammers to set up shop on the Internet.
That's why they go
to such extraordinary lengths - that no
other company goes to - so we can be confident
we're receiving only the purest Hoodia gordonii
of the highest possible potency.
Now I'm what you'd
call a raving fan, I guess. And I don't
mind that one bit. When you find a product
that does everything it promises and more,
why not shout it from the rooftops?
HERE'S THE REAL KICK IN THE PANTS
After all my false starts and wrong turns trying
to find a Hoodia Product that delivered on every one of its promises,
the one I found was the very product featured in the 60 minutes broadcast
that helped to start the whole Hoodia
phenomenon in the first place!
Crazy, isn't it?
Now, I do have one
thing I must warn you about.
Warning: At
present levels of consumption, Hoodia gordonii
could become an extremely costly commodity
I'm not scare-mongering
here, because nothing in my research suggests
that Hoodia will disappear. The South African
government will make sure that doesn't happen.
But like any rare substance, it may soon
become too expensive for us average folks
to afford.
Right now the price
is reasonable, especially when you measure
it against the results. But that could change,
sooner rather than later.
Breaking
News:
After a little digging I discovered
that the company I now purchase my Hoodia
from has signed an exclusive 20 year
deal with the largest South African
Hoodia growers.
In other words:
even though market pressures will
almost certainly cause Hoodia prices
to spike in the near future, this
company has taken steps to ensure
a steady supply, allowing them to
maintain price stability - even when
others are forced to raise prices
at the retail level.
|
If you want to see
the kind of results I got, here's my before
and after pictures.
I plan on adding more after I lose my last
few pounds.
Sincerely,
Neil
PS
If you want to have the kind of results
you've only dreamed about, before the supply
comes under even stricter controls, here's
the brand
I use.
